A very dear friend gave me a Rigaud candle years ago and I must say the cypress scent is the best candle I've ever used. Even when not burning, the fragrance is subtly dispersed in the room. Now when I want to give a special gift - it's a Rigaud candle!

I've had these candles before and they last longer than any candle and the fragrance will fill your home almost instantly. I love the Cypres for the Christmas season, or the Cythere for the holidays too. But my favorite is the Santifolia, it is heavenly. It smells like roses in bloom, only better. These candles are sometimes hard to find and the prices here are better than anywhere. They are well worth the price, because they are such a delicacy. People who have never tried them have no idea what they are missing.

I am a "candle freak", and I have tried so so many different candles. None compare with Rigaud. I bought my first at Saks Fifth Avenue 25 years ago, and I still keep coming back to this candle, having tried oh so many othersl Pricey? Yes. But worth every penny. In the 80's all I ever used was Rigaud candles then the store I purchased them from went out of business. I am so happy to have found them after all these years!!
